Job summary

Corpay in London (Moorgate) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Payment Connectivity Delivery Roadmap and drive bank and rail integrations from discovery through certification and launch.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Engineering, Treasury and Operations to deliver scalable connectivity across markets, delivering repeatable patterns, monitoring performance and ensuring go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience within payments, banking infrastructure or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycle: initiation, settlement, reconciliation and exceptions.
• Experience delivering bank, payment rail, clearance or scheme integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payment Connectivity Delivery Roadmap and translate priorities into an executable plan.
• Lead integrations from discovery through engineering delivery, certification, launch and post-launch support.
• Build repeatable integration patterns and reusable capabilities to reduce time-to-live for new connections.
• Coach PMs and establish operating rhythms for roadmap management, delivery reviews and risk management.
• Partner with Treasury, Payments leadership and Operations to ensure readiness and successful onboarding.
