About the role

We are seeking a talented Lead Paid Social Creative to significantly impact the creative development of our global paid social campaigns. You will use performance marketing (specifically paid social) data to create optimum campaign content, interpreting results to develop strategic and thoughtful creative. The ideal candidate should have a background in Performance Marketing and or creative development for digital ads, feel confident developing creative workflows and managing multiple projects, and be able to collaborate with key stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organised, a problem solver, an excellent communicator, and eager to learn.

As a Lead Paid Social Creative you will
  • Own the partnership between Global Marketing, Creative Agency, & Performance Marketing: Lead the cross‑collaboration among Global Marketing, Creative, & Performance Marketing Teams to design campaign briefs and objectives.
  • Manage Creative Operations: Oversee the creative development process from start to finish for Paid Social, focusing on both core and new product campaigns. Largely serving as a creative consult to our internal Creative agency for our new product campaign launches and owning Core asset production autonomously.
  • Innovate with Fresh Ideas: Develop brand‑consistent, skilfully written/designed content to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and improve overall brand equity.
  • Manage Editors: Manage 1‑2 full‑time editors, managing and organising their projects, briefing storyboards, and providing consistent feedback for optimisations.
  • Create and Capture Content: Generate new content to expand the asset library and coordinate with other departments, i.e. Digital, Social, and Creative agency teams. This will include designing and briefing shoots, as well as owning entire UGC campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Handle day‑to‑day stakeholder management and reporting with ease, including the CMO, Head of Creative, Director of Global Marketing, etc.
  • Organise Resources: Maintain and update all ‘Always‑on’ paid social resources across systems and trackers.
  • Own Global Paid Social Creative Budget: Forecast and manage full‑year budgets including editor costs, content needs (UGC, in‑house shoots, usage rights, etc.).
Who you will work with

Reporting into the Global Brand Marketing Director.

About you
  • 5‑7 years’ experience within the performance marketing space – either in an agency or brand – driving paid social advertising strategy and content creation, ideally with a background in beauty or consumer goods.
  • 2 years of experience with project management and stakeholder reporting.
  • Innovative thinker and creatively driven.
  • A go‑getter, autonomous worker.
  • Skilled in reporting and measurement and interpreting results and applying to campaigns.
  • Self‑motivated, action‑oriented and ambitious with a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
  • A keen interest in all things skincare, beauty/fashion and an avid follower of relevant news, trends.
