Our client is on the lookout for a Packaging Manager to take the reins of a much-loved snacking brands packaging effort.

As the champion of the function youll bring high standards clear thinking and a knack for rallying teams behind a packaging strategy that keeps the brand distinctive the factory humming and the customers happy.

Work hand-in-glove with Operations to keep every wrap reel and case performing beautifully while also making sure service never slips. Youll partner closely with Group Procurement and Responsible Business to tap into wider expertise and unlock smarter more sustainable approaches that strengthen the brands future.

Day-to-day youll own everything to do with packaging film and corrugate diving in to solve issues quickly so production keeps running smoothly. Lead innovation and renovation projects from first spark to final launch shaping formats and designs that fit shopper needs.

Youll safeguard consistency colour standards and brand identity with a firm but fair hand navigating legislation without letting creativity take a back seat. Supplier performance reviews spec updates and final NPD sign-offs will all land at your door as you maintain quality and compliance across every pack.

Innovation will be your playground whether thats optimising for efficiency exploring sustainable materials or finding new formats that give the brand an edge across channels. Youll track budgets build business cases deliver cost savings and keep improvement projects moving with pace and purpose. Commercial partners operational colleagues and external suppliers will look to you not just for technical expertise but for clarity calmness and a service mindset that makes collaboration easy.
