Qualifications

10+ years in oil and gas with major contractors.
Experience leading a team of 6+ engineers.
Experience in shallow and deepwater offshore installation operations.
Rigid & flexible pipeline pre-commissioning and decommissioning with at least 10 projects.
Umbilical pre-commissioning with at least 6 projects.
Decommissioning and isolation knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers for pre-commissioning activities.
Coordinate early project execution with installation teams to align methodologies.
Prepare and manage subcontractor scopes of works and awards.
Oversee equipment and vessel mobilization for pre-commissioning.
Review internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports, procedures, risk assessments).
Manage budget, cost control, and risk management for pre-commissioning operations.
Ensure readiness reviews, constructability, and HAZID/HAZOP are completed.
