Quorum Cyber, established in Edinburgh, seeks an experienced security leader to drive advanced offensive security programs. You will design and execute complex engagements across networks, applications, and cloud, while building agentic AI to scale testing.

The role emphasizes autonomy, rigorous reporting, and client-facing impact. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in offensive security, strong Python and AI tooling experience, and a track record turning automation into managed services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on security, with at least 4 client-facing engagements.
• Experience in network testing, web/API testing, and red teaming.
• Excellent written English with reports and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to ship non-trivial AI agents and tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead network, web, API, cloud and full-scope red team engagements end to end.
• Define scope, rules of engagement, authorization, execution, evidence and reporting.
• Build agentic AI components that perform discrete stages autonomously.
• Collaborate with product management to turn automation into a repeatable service.
