• Provide high quality occupational therapy assessment and interventions, group and individual, in line with OT pathways.
• Communicate effectively with service users, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.
• Contribute to the generic functioning of the team.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff and OT apprenticeships.
• Provide occupational therapy student placements.
• Contribute to service development and audits.
• Take on lead professional roles as appropriate.
