Busy Bees in Coventry Walsgrave is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure educational strategies are embedded across the centre. You will inspire your team to achieve high standards of care and learning in a leading UK nursery group.

The role requires Level 3 in early years education and solid supervisory experience, with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children and strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education is required.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is ideal.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
