Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support and supervise staff within the room.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
• Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed.
