Lead Nurse – Brighton & Hove Recovery Service
At Change Grow Live, we believe in people — in their strengths, their potential, and their ability to shape their own futures.
Because the best people have one thing in common: they care.
We’re more than a substance misuse charity — we’re a community built on compassion, openness and boldness. Every day, we walk alongside people as they change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its fullest.
We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in the Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose, inspire others and make tangible impact, this is the role for you.
As one of our Lead Nurses, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery Service. You’ll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals, ensuring our approach is safe, evidence-based, compassionate, and consistently improving.
Every day will bring opportunities to support people in their recovery journey — empowering them to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
No two days are the same — but each one makes a difference.
Above all, you’ll be a confident, thoughtful clinician who is motivated by helping people thrive — including your colleagues.
We Thrive by recruiting for success, recognising and rewarding effort, and ensuring everyone is safe, healthy, agile and flexible. Together as a team we are learning, developing, growing and identifying future talent and leaders to deliver our mission.
Everyone experiences a sense of belonging, where every voice counts. We are inclusive, we engage openly, and we connect at all levels.
By 2030, our culture, ways of working and deep understanding of what works will enable us to deliver consistently more effective support and interventions.
We are committed to:
Please read the job description and submit your application as soon as possible — we may close the vacancy early if we receive a high volume of applications.
Direct applications only — we will not be engaging agencies for this role.
When completing your application and supporting statement, please ensure you clearly demonstrate how your skills and experiences align with the role’s requirements.
We look forward to hearing from you.
