The Role

As a Lead NetSuite Solution Architect, you will:

• Deliver full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live

• Document business requirements and provide structured project plans

• Design, configure, and oversee NetSuite modules including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report

• Lead integrations, workflows, and data migration strategies, ensuring adherence to NetSuite best practices

• Mentor and manage a team of functional and technical consultants

• Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to optimise end-to‑end processes

• Lead system testing, user acceptance, and training for client teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record delivering NetSuite ERP projects through to go‑live

• Strong finance and accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)

• Experience leading or mentoring other consultants

• Expertise in NetSuite modules, workflows, scripts, integrations, and data migration

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex projects
