Job summary

Aldermore Bank is seeking an experienced Murex Product Lead to join the Treasury Product Squad. You will be the key link between Treasury stakeholders, Technology teams and our Murex partner to evolve the platform, translate business needs into functional requirements and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead requirements gathering, prioritisation and change delivery, with a focus on FX, derivatives, money markets and fixed income, while building strong relationships across Treasury,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Murex platforms within a Treasury function.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury products, processes and controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience delivering business and technology change initiatives with testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Lead for the Murex platform, working with Treasury stakeholders to meet evolving needs.
• Partner with Treasury and Technology teams to gather, analyse and prioritise requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Lead analysis and delivery of system enhancements and change initiatives with business, tech and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops to shape solutions and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate testing activities, including UAT support, defect management and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and ensure changes are governed and documented.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology to maximise value.
• Bridge between business, tech and external partners to drive delivery outcomes.
