Alecto Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Multi Utility Estimator for a Warrington-based role. You will contribute to tendering for domestic development projects, coordinating with preconstruction, business development, and design teams to deliver accurate utility quotations.

The position offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home) with a salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per year, plus 25 days holiday and opportunities to lead the residential estimating department.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in utility estimating or similar roles.
• Knowledge of utility processes (electricity, water, gas networks).
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review information gathered by preconstruction coordination to prepare tenders.
• Produce accurate quotations and tender documents within deadlines.
• Respond to EWNs and compile variation orders as needed.
