Job summary

Harvey Group is seeking a highly motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. You will deliver planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of client sites, acting as lead engineer on designated sites.

The role requires a strong background in electrical or mechanical building services, with a focus on safety, quality and customer relationships; you will supervise subcontractors, complete documentation, support energy efficiency

Qualifications

• Time-served electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating or building services engineer background.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Certifications such as CSR/SafePass or equivalent, and full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on client sites.
• Diagnose faults and repair building services systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and act as Lead Engineer on designated sites.
• Ensure work complies with Health & Safety, QA and Environmental procedures.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, reports and records accurately.
