Job summary

CreateFuture is seeking a Lead MLOps Developer to own and deliver a production-grade ML platform on AWS SageMaker. You will own the migration of multi-model production suites, build CI/CD pipelines, and enforce secure IAM and KMS controls. This role requires leadership in MLOps pattern design and enabling teams to self-serve.

You will work across a hybrid/remote setup with flexible working and travel to client sites as needed. Strong AWS, SageMaker, and Python expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert in production-grade ML platforms on AWS.
• Experience migrating large model suites to SageMaker with parity testing.
• Proficient in CI/CD for ML deployments across environments.
• Design and enforce least-privilege IAM policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a production MLOps platform on AWS SageMaker.
• Lead migration of a 12-model production suite to SageMaker with parity testing.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model promotion across environments.
• Define and enforce IAM least-privilege policies and key management.
• Create reusable MLOps patterns and runbooks for data science teams.
