Job summary

Bouygues UK Limited is seeking an experienced Methods Manager to support project and site teams, optimise sequencing, productivity, safety and cost-effectiveness, with a focus on concrete frame works. This role blends office engineering with active site presence.

You will lead methods engineering on flagship projects, mentor a junior engineer, and drive BIM implementation, digital transformation and standardisation across Bouygues Construction's engineering community, delivering tangible results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Significant experience as a Methods Engineer or Temporary Works Engineer.
• Management experience.
• Experience on projects such as hospitals, schools, residential, or data centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead Methods Engineering for flagship projects, driving delivery excellence and technical innovation.
• Mentor and oversee a junior Methods Engineer.
• Support the Head of Methods on BIM implementation, digital transformation, and process standardisation across Bouygues Construction's engineering community.
• Develop construction sequencing, method of construction, and site logistics strategies.
