Job summary

Birmingham Community Leisure Trust is seeking a dedicated Men’s Gymnastics Coach to lead and deliver a broad gymnastics programme at GMAC, Birmingham. The role focuses on taking participants from beginners through to performance pathways, with an emphasis on wellbeing, confidence, and skill development.

The post requires a Level 3 coaching qualification, safeguarding credentials, and experience coaching across recreational and performance settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 British Gymnastics coaching qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience coaching gymnasts across recreational and performance environments.
• Safeguarding qualification and commitment to safe, inclusive spaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching sessions across recreational, development and performance programmes.
• Lead the Men’s Gymnastics Development and Performance Programme to help gymnasts reach their potential.
• Monitor and develop the programme to drive growth and quality using data-informed approaches.
• Mentor Apprentice and Junior Coaches and support safe session delivery.
