Job summary

Randstad CPE in Havant, Hampshire seeks an experienced MEICA Commissioning Engineer to join an ongoing contract delivering water and wastewater asset upgrades across the region. You will own commissioning activities from design to Takeover, working across WTW and WwTW facilities.

The role requires UK MEICA commissioning experience (AMP6/7/8), hands-on testing of pumps, switchgear, MCCs, PLCs, and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence and relevant tickets are essential. Immediate start.

Qualifications

Water sector MEICA and commissioning experience in UK (AMP6/7/8)
Strong knowledge of pumps, switchgear, MCCs, telemetry, PLCs, chemical dosing, screens and filtration assets
Full UK driving licence and safety tickets (CSCS/ECS, EUSR National Water Hygiene, SSSTS/SMSTS, BS7671 18th Edition)
Desirable: AP/EAP, DSEAR/ExF, PROFIBUS commissioning, First Aid at Work

Responsibilities

Draft and manage Project Commissioning Plans and testing procedures from outline design to full site execution.
Lead FAT, SAT, dry testing and wet commissioning; drive Takeover and O&M documentation.
Ensure MEICA safety rules and act as LV Electrical Authorised Person where required.
