Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for a Senior Medicines Management Technician within the Emergency and Acute Care Directorate to support the ED and SDEC.

You will work with experienced pharmacists and technicians to deliver patient-facing clinical pharmacy care, medicines reconciliation, counselling, and management of ward automation systems, contributing to safe, efficient and cost‑effective services.

Responsibilities

• Lead in patient care and ward automations systems management for the ED and SDEC.
• Deliver patient-facing clinical pharmacy care to the ED and SDEC.
• Assist medicines reconciliation and counselling of patients.
• Collaborate with EAC Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and senior colleagues on service improvements.
