Qualifications

• Strong experience supervising mechanical installations on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Sound technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical plant systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, programme-driven construction environments.
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).
• CSCS Card (supervisory level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily mechanical activities including HVAC and plumbing.
• Ensuring all mechanical installations meet approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring productivity and performance of subcontractors to maintain quality.
• Conducting quality checks and snagging to ensure timely reworks.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
