Are you an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer with a passion for maintenance and a knack for leadership? We have an exciting contract opportunity based in the vibran t Wembley area.

We're looking for a proactive and skilled individual with a strong mechanical bias to join a dynamic team on a crucial maintenance contract. You will be responsible for leading a small team of 2-3 engineers, overseeing all scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards of work and ensuring project delivery on time.

  • Provide on-site leadership, diagnose faults, and make key decisions to minimise downtime.
Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical engineering background and extensive experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and on-site to diagnose faults and keep downtime to a minimum.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday shift pattern, ensuring your weekends are free.
  • Flexible working hours with a choice of two shifts: 7am - 4pm or 6am - 3pm.
