Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in a design lead/principal engineer role dealing with product life cycle.
  • Proven experience leading small teams delivering complex solutions.
  • Experience in identifying when external expertise is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support design reviews and manage small support projects.
  • Run intern programs while mentoring staff.
  • Become the expert in CAD systems and leverage AI in projects.
