You'll shape the direction of the maths department while delivering engaging lessons that inspire students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, evidence‑informed lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, including those with SEND and trauma histories.
  • Use assessment data to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development through trauma‑informed and therapeutic approaches.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, consistent with the school's behaviour policy and Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide effective support.
Requirements
