Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a vehicle mechanic/technician.
  • Strong diagnostic skills across a wide range of makes and models.
  • Ability to work independently and make technical decisions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other mechanics/technicians.
  • Confident with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full mechanical diagnostics on petrol, diesel, and hybrid vehicles.
  • Oversee and support a small team of mechanics/technicians.
  • Ensure all vehicles are prepared to a safe and retail-ready standard.
  • Complete job cards and maintain clear records of work.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures.
