Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• Deep knowledge across hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation or performance.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Deep knowledge of one infrastructure technology and scripting languages.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge with multi-cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with market data technologies used by trading apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical market data platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and availability.
• Implement production changes and deliver timely resolution to production issues with clear root-cause ownership.
• Develop tools and automation to improve production support, monitoring, and stability.
• Use AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options.
• Lead a workstream of infrastructure engineering technologies and collaborate to modernize processes.
• Advise on upstream/downstream data and system implications and mitigation actions.
• Ensure changes are traceable, auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.
