Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Weybridge is seeking an Assoc. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead shipboard recruitment and strategic talent initiatives. You will mentor recruiters, manage daily sourcing, and align recruitment with global maritime standards and business goals.

You will drive governance of recruitment processes, leverage analytics, and collaborate with leaders across regions to sustain a strong pipeline of leadership and technical talent aboard ships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, ideally marine/cruise industries.
• Proven leadership mentoring recruitment teams with expanding responsibilities.
• Familiarity with shipboard operations, MLC and SQM policies preferred.
• Expertise in passive sourcing strategies including Boolean searches and networking.
• Experience in competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation for technical/leadership roles.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with operations leaders and senior management globally.
• Proficiency in metrics, analytics, dashboards to drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent acquisition leadership and capacity planning.
• Oversee daily sourcing and recruitment for shipboard roles across units.
• Partner with HR Operations, HRBPs, and leadership for alignment.
• Identify external market trends and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill leadership roles.
• Source, screen, and interview leadership and technical candidates.
• Review shortlists and provide hiring recommendations.
• Deliver recruitment data insights to stakeholders.
• Lead recruiter training and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with global maritime regulations and policies.
