Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in TTP blasting is required.
• Minimum three years' blasting supervision experience.
• Experience in marine/heavy industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK and security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day blasting and surface preparation activities.
• Lead teams to meet schedules; allocate work and resources.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain safety records and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with management and quality teams.
• Identify defects, delays, and health and safety concerns.
