A leading retail company in Broxmore Park is seeking a Lead Manager to oversee the management team and ensure excellent customer service. You will maximize sales and lead from the front on the store floor, engaging with colleagues and customers. Strong management and communication skills are crucial. As a Lead Manager you will have your own management team to guide and will often be the most senior colleague in the store, responsible for ensuring the best possible service for our colleagues and customers.
