You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, perform hands-on tasks, and lead the team when needed to ensure buildings remain safe and well maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities or property maintenance role.
• Experience with reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve general building maintenance issues.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and manage workload
• Maintain safe and compliant buildings and perform safety checks
• Lead when required and guide colleagues
• Carry out low-level repairs and upkeep in communal areas
• Log maintenance, safety and operational issues
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed
• Support stock control and PPE usage
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Contribute to a positive resident experience by resolving issues promptly
