• Experience managing a CMMS implementation is advantageous.
• Ambitious FMCG-biased Engineering Maintenance professional.
• Ability to drive change and promote high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of multiskilled engineers.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of the CMMS.
• Identify skills gaps and ensure training needs are met.

Skills

Qualified Engineer – mechanical or electrical engineering

Previous experience in a Maintenance leadership role in food or beverage manufacturing

Ideally Level 5 equivalent in leadership

Experienced with CMMS

PM, TPM exposure to data-driven approaches

Strong root-cause problem-solving skills

Ability to develop, coach, and mentor a team
