Senior / Lead Maintenance Engineer - March (PE15)

Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 + up to 10% annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

We're looking for an experienced Senior or Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in March (PE15). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys a hands‑on role while taking the lead in ensuring smooth plant operation and equipment reliability.

The Role:
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
  • Lead and support a small maintenance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to identify and implement engineering solutions.
  • Occasionally support out-of-hours maintenance requirements (paid overtime).
