About the Company:
A well-established manufacturing business based in Gloucestershire looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Lead Maintenance Engineer to support production facility and carry out day-to-day factory maintenance.

The Lead Maintenance Engineer Role:
This is a predominantly Lead Maintenance Engineer role which is a practical role involving the maintenance, repair and improvement of machine tools alongside general day to day factory maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities for the Lead Maintenance Engineer Role:

  • Maintenance, fault-finding and repair of machine tools and factory equipment
  • Planned and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Diagnosing and resolving hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults
  • Installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Machine Tool Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar
