Overview

Lead Plant Engineer (Nights) (Mechanical) (Waste / Recycling) – £50,000 - £65,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Progression + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Bolton, Horwich, Wigan, Edworth, Leigh, Chorley, Farnworth. Other locations also considered.

Are you from a Maintenance Engineering / Mechanical Fitting background and looking to move into a Lead Engineering role within a forward-thinking company?

In this role you will work on mechanically biased equipment to minimise downtime and maximise output across the processing site.

The company are a specialist in their industry and due to continued growth and expansion plans they are now looking to further expand head count across the site.

This role would suit an experienced engineer looking for the next step in their career as part of a long-term permanent position.

The Role
  • Working as a Lead Plant Engineer on mechanical equipment and plant equipment to minimise downtime and maximise output across a busy processing site
  • Further duties will include but are not limited to: Maintenance, Inspections, PPMs, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, Co-ordinate with wider business and much more
  • Monday to Friday (10pm – 6am) (NIGHTS)
  • Leading a team
  • Long term permanent position
