We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Lead Learning Support Assistant to join our team and help drive inclusive practice across our educational setting. This is a key role supporting learners with a range of additional needs and ensuring that every learner has access to the support they need to thrive.
Working under the direction of the SENCo, you will be responsible for coordinating learning support provision, ensuring effective communication between staff, learners, families and external partners. You will also act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing a responsive and professional interface for all support-related matters.
In addition, you will serve as a line manager, coach and mentor for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), offering training, guidance, and day‑time support to build their confidence and capacity in delivering high‑quality assistance.
