Job summary

NUVIA seeks an experienced Logistics Engineer to provide professional logistics engineering advice, plan and coordinate activities across complex worksites, and ensure safe and compliant material movement. You will lead site inventory, develop essential documentation, and liaise with contractors and partners to deliver on schedule.

The role requires handling regulated environments with a focus on safety, data quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical, engineering, logistics or equivalent vocational qualification, apprenticeship, or demonstrable equivalent industry experience.
• Health and safety training or demonstrable knowledge appropriate to industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics engineering advice on compliance for on- and off-site material movement.
• Advise on legislation, compliance and industry best practice.
• Plan, manage and coordinate logistics activities across worksites to align with schedules.
• Lead site inventory and ensure quality, prepared for planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain logistics documentation (PCI, CPP, reports).
• Coordinate safe transport routes and movement strategies for materials and waste.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to define requirements and timelines.
• Handover to Logistics Controller on mobilisation and transition.
• Provide ongoing technical support during mobilisation and delivery.
• Update on progress, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Advise on KPIs, processes and templates for logistics.
