Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within the lift industry, ideally in service or repairs management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing lift service or engineering operations.
  • Confident using service management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Lift Service team, ensuring efficient delivery of repair and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive safety culture and compliance, conducting audits.
  • Support hiring, training, and development of engineers and staff.
  • Manage budgets and performance metrics.
