Fashion Retail Academy, part of the EFI Group, is seeking a Group Lead – Lecturer in Visual Communications & Styling to lead and teach on the Level 3 Fashion Communications & Styling course at Electra House, London.

The role requires delivering high-quality teaching, assessing and giving feedback, with a focus on industry relevance and student progression. Part-time pattern 19.5 hours per week, 0.525 FTE, with Wednesdays and Thursdays on-site.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or professional experience is required.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment is ideal but not essential.
• Extensive industry experience in the subject area.
• Ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant learning activities and assessments.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Commitment to supporting all learners to achieve their full potential in an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, assessment and feedback across the Level 3 Fashion Communications & Styling course.
• Lead module delivery and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching practice.
• Support student progression and industry-relevant learning outcomes.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and mentor colleagues.
