Job summary

Toby Carvery Carlisle is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage the kitchen and deliver a branded menu with pride. You will train Chefs, control stock and ensure health and hygiene standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy environment.

• Smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
