Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Toby Carvery – Chadderton Park is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in creating a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead and train your team, manage menu execution and maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.

You will drive performance, assist with stock and ordering, and help ensure a welcoming guest experience in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and develop a team to maintain high food standards.
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts and adapt to busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food of which we are proud.
• Drive targets with your team and support performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded Toby Carvery menu and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
