Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction's family-run joinery manufacturer client, with ~35 years of heritage, seeks an experienced Project Manager to join their Operations team and support growth in demand. The role is based on-site at Stockbridge / London, delivering joinery projects from inception to completion.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and resources, while protecting client interests, ensuring a single point of contact and excellent service to secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on high-end construction installation sites.
• Joinery background and industry knowledge.
• CSCS Card, basic first aid, SMSTS.
• Basic RAMS knowledge and risk analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Efficient time and task management, able to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.
• Protect client interests through detailed documentation and fair communication.
• Maintain single point of contact and build repeat business with the client.
