Global Law Firm Hybrid, 3 Days In Office White-Glove Environment

A global law firm is looking for an experienced IT professional to be the onsite technical lead in their Birmingham office, providing hands‑on support to around 80 users and remote support to a smaller Dublin team. This is a highly visible, customer‑focused role working in a modern Microsoft environment.

The Role

You’ll act as the key onsite IT contact, providing 2nd line support and ensuring all systems and devices run smoothly. You’ll work with regional IT teams in London and Dublin to resolve issues, implement updates, and support ongoing improvements across Windows 11, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT support in Birmingham and remote support for Dublin.

  • Deliver white‑glove service to senior stakeholders and partners.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 11, Intune, M365, and iOS devices.

  • Collaborate with 1st line and regional IT teams for escalations and projects.

  • Support hardware upgrades, AV setups, and office moves.

  • Travel to Dublin twice per year (occasional London travel).

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in 2nd line or site support in professional services (legal, finance, or insurance).

  • Strong technical skills across Windows 11, Intune, Microsoft 365, and iOS.

  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; calm under pressure.

  • ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
