Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, organise, control, and deliver large, complex infrastructure and data centre migration projects for its client portfolio. You will operate within the Global Project and Implementation (GPI) practice, managing multiple initiatives with on-site engagement at the London office and direct interface to client executives.

Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, risks, and resources; ensuring delivery within scope, time and cost; and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of complex IT programme and project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and data centre migration projects.
• MBA or Business/Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document and align business requirements.
• Define scope, risks and resource needs for engagements.
• Ensure benefits realization and manage change impact for clients.
• Translate phases into clear, measurable project plans and timelines.
• Communicate progress and governance to clients and internal leaders.
• Develop and monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables across streams.
• Escalate risks, issues and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead and coach project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Interface with client executives on-site to address business priorities.
