We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Marine Systems client. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will also provide leadership to a team of infrastructure engineers and contribute to key strategic decisions in the development of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Infrastructure Management : Oversee the management and maintenance of core infrastructure services, including servers (Windows / Linux), storage, networking, firewalls, and backup systems.
• Cloud & Virtualization : Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Security & Compliance : Enforce security best practices and support compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001.
