Job summary

Consilio LLC in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Ironclad Solution Architect to lead end-to-end CLM solution design and architecture for client implementations within the Ironclad Practice. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Legal Engineers to translate business and legal requirements into scalable Ironclad configurations.

As the technical and functional authority, you will guide integration with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Microsoft tools, oversee governance and quality across

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and delivering Ironclad CLM solutions.
Strong understanding of CLM and legal operations.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs.
Expertise in workflow design, template automation, and contract data modelling.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for Ironclad CLM implementations.
Translate client requirements into scalable architectures.
Define contract schemas, clause libraries, and workflow structures.
Partner with Project Managers to align designs with scope and timelines.
Provide build guidance to Legal Engineers and act as escalation point.
Support iterative delivery and validation during build and testing.
