Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the occupation/sector in the last three years.
• Support and manage teams of assessors.
• Comply with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to recruitment and training of new IEAs.
• Act as mentor for new IEAs.
• Support IEAs in developing assessment practice.
• Maintain accurate records for audits.
• Identify and report risks affecting assessment validity.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain accuracy

Technical knowledge of legislation

In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship standards

Education

HCPC registered radiographer

Internal quality assurance qualification
