Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.
This role is advertised under either a part-time or full‑time basis.
Part‑time applicants with an interest in 3 days per week (Monday‑Wednesday preferred) or 4 days per week are encouraged to apply.
The Cards platform is at the heart of meeting the needs of new and existing customers who want to access flexible credit. Our purpose is to help Britain prosper through responsible lending and we do that through building great experiences for new and existing customers. We’re investing to make it effortless for customers to get the right credit product, features and service for their need, situation and lifestyle. We also know that customer s will change over time so we’re making sure that our products, features and experiences grow with them.
To meet our vision, we need to build and launch features at pace, through our 15+ feature teams, and in a complicated, regulated environment. In sharing the lead integrator role for the Cards platform, you’ll be at the heart of unlocking that pace to make digital and experience change happen for our customers.
You’ll be accountable for building and leading a team to deeply understand and sequence the dependencies between feature teams, wider platforms in the group and 3rd parties. You’ll partner across Product Owners, Engineers, Customer Journey Managers and wider stakeholders to enable change to happen. As a leader in the Cards platform, we will look to you to hold a holistic view of our delivery forecasts, execution risks and flow of work.

The role is structured as a job‑share between two colleagues, with a preference for 3 or 4 days per week, to allow an overlap day to best support alignment and collaboration. Working days that include Monday to Wednesday are preferred.
The Cards platform is structured into multiple labs, allowing each part-time colleague to own a distinct set of outcomes, whilst providing overall oversight and cover for non‑working days.
The platform has teams located in the UK (north west) and India (Hyderabad). Whilst there are opportunities to travel within the role, typically 1-2 times per year with 6-8 weeks of notice, travel beyond a home office is not a required part of the role.
