This role focuses on leading a team, maintaining our brand standards, and delivering the signature PERi-PERi experience to every guest, whether in-restaurant or at home. You will be responsible for motivating staff, upholding our customer-obsessed culture, and driving talent development so we can promote from within.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.
• You are customer obsessed and excited by the opportunity to deliver perfect PERi-PERi to our customers every time.
• Someone hungry to learn and develop, comfortable with an ever changing, fast paced environment.
• You will drive the development of your team and spot great talent for managers of the future.
