The Lead Inspector will oversee the daily operations of the inspection team, ensuring all work meets customer quality standards, delivery schedules, and internal procedures. This hands-on role involves managing inspection activities across carbon fibre and painted components, maintaining compliance with the quality management system, and ensuring accurate recording and communication of non-conformances. The position also requires supporting team development, attending quality meetings to help resolve customer issues, and maintaining a clean, well-organised working environment.
