Lead Inspector - Northamptonshire - Up to £40,000 pa + Benefits - REF 016

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturer organisation supplying some of the most prestigious names in the automotive and motorsport industries. The Lead Inspector will oversee the daily operations of the inspection team, ensuring all work meets customer quality standards, delivery schedules, and internal procedures. This hands-on role involves managing inspection activities across carbon fibre and painted components, maintaining compliance with the quality management system, and ensuring accurate recording and communication of non-conformances. The position also requires supporting team development, attending quality meetings to help resolve customer issues, and maintaining a clean, well-organised working environment.
