Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Daventry is seeking an experienced Inspection Supervisor to oversee a team of Quality Inspectors and ensure product conformance throughout production. The role centers on supervising inspection activities, reading engineering drawings, and applying quality control procedures within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering inspection.
• Ability to supervise staff in an inspection setting.
• Skilled at reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsabilités

• Final Inspection: oversee final inspection to ensure conformance to specs.
• Production Inspection: verify machined parts and assemblies during production.
• Team Supervision: direct and coordinate workload of Quality Inspectors.
• Communication: liaise with production staff and other relevant personnel.
• Data Preparation: prepare inspection data for departments.
• Quality Performance: maintain non-conformity targets within the team.
• Non-Conformance Records: maintain internal records for quality monitoring.
• Manufacturing Support: assist manufacturing in addressing quality concerns.
• Quality Engineering Liaison: update on non-conformance results with QA team.
• Departmental Support: assist other departments as required.
