Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ESFA funding requirements and ILR compliance.
• Understanding of awarding-body requirements and equality legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on inclusive learning and curriculum strategy.
• Evaluate and coach staff to embed inclusive practice.
• Line-manage a small team including a SEND Coordinator.
