Qualifications

• Strong testing fundamentals across software and systems.
• Experience planning, designing, and executing test plans and reports.
• Exposure to IEC 61850 or utility communication protocols preferred.
• Comfort with AI-assisted testing concepts and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with requirements.
• Plan and execute feature, regression, manual, and AI automated testing.
• Validate software and system behavior against specs and compliance.
• Identify defects using AI anomaly detection and track fixes in bug tools.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and improve quality.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Set up and maintain testing environments and tools.
• Review logs to surface issues and summarize findings.
• Support testing of telecoms systems as needed.
